“I want you to feel like you again. Energised, confident, comfortable in your own skin. No impossible plans, no one-size-fits-all advice, just support that's personalised, realistic and makes all the difference."
The Fettle & Bloom Method
The Fettle & Bloom Method is a 12-week programme for women over 40 who feel like everything changed but nobody has explained why.
Most women are given fragmented advice and left to figure it out alone.
My role is to make a difference and make you feel great again.
I help you connect the dots between your symptoms, lifestyle, metabolism and health history so you can finally understand what's happening in your body and know exactly what to do next.
My Approach
Most women come to me believing they need another diet.
What they actually need is a clear understanding of what's driving their symptoms.
Sometimes the clues are in blood markers.
Sometimes they're in body composition changes.
Sometimes they're hidden in sleep, stress, eating patterns or hormonal transitions.
My role is to look at the whole picture, identify what matters most and create a personalised plan that moves you forward. As a clinical dietitian, that’s exactly what I am trained to do.
My Story
Like many of the women I now support, I've experienced what it's like to feel disconnected from my own body. Chronic health challenges taught me something my professional training alone couldn't: understanding what to do is only part of the equation. The real challenge is integrating it into a busy life while navigating uncertainty, setbacks and change.
Having someone to oversee my health and help me through that journey would have made all the difference.
That experience shaped the service and support I offer at Fettle & Bloom.
Why I built something different
Over a decade working across diabetes care, gastroenterology, metabolic health and women's health, I kept seeing the same problem.
Women were being given information, but very few were being helped to understand what it meant for them. Often, it isn’t personalised information and there is no support given to help you navigate your way through.
Symptoms were treated in isolation, blood results were labelled "normal."
Women were told it was stress, age or hormones. Yet many still felt exhausted, frustrated and disconnected from their body.
The gap wasn't information, the gap was clarity.
Fettle & Bloom was created to bridge that gap.
Who this is for
This is for you if you've been dismissed, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, or simply feel unlike yourself and you're ready for clinical, personalised support from someone who genuinely understands.
This is your chance to reset.
The Programme
Metabolic Health Reset
Your first step is simply understanding what is actually happening. A comprehensive whole-picture assessment that looks at the whole picture — hormones, inflammation, gut health, blood sugar balance, and insulin sensitivity. Not isolated symptoms. The full picture.
Personalised Method
Once I understand your body's story, we build a nutrition programme that is genuinely yours. Evidence-based, metabolic health nutrition designed to support sustainable weight management, hormone balance and blood sugar regulation, without restrictive dieting or impossible plans. Simple frameworks which give real results.
Ongoing Support
Metabolic health is not a straight line. Your body changes, life shifts, symptoms evolve and your support should too. You are never left to navigate it alone. I am here throughout the 12 week programme to offer support and guidance.
Lifestyle Integration
Real, lasting change happens when the science fits your actual life, not some idealised version of it. We integrate metabolic health principles into your real daily routine. Blood sugar stabilisation, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and sustainable eating patterns. Designed for the long term, not a quick fix you abandon in week three.
